Program Name:
GetMeIn Restaurant Alerts
Program Description:
GetMeIn sends text alerts when restaurant reservations become available at restaurants you're watching. Alerts include the restaurant name, available time slots, party size, and a link to book.
Message Frequency:
Message frequency varies based on your alert settings and restaurant availability. You may receive multiple messages per day when availability opens up at restaurants you're monitoring, or no messages on days when no availability is found.
Message and Data Rates:
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable fees.
Opt-Out Instructions:
You can cancel text alerts at any time. Text STOP to the number from which you received the message. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive text alerts from GetMeIn. You can re-enable text alerts in your account settings.

Consent:
By providing your phone number and enabling text alerts, you consent to receive automated text messages from GetMeIn regarding restaurant reservation availability. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GetMeIn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GetMeIn is a restaurant reservation availability alert service. We monitor reservation platforms (such as Resy and OpenTable) and notify you via email and/or text when reservations become available at restaurants you're watching.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Share your account with others
- Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
5. Third-Party Services
GetMeIn integrates with third-party services including Resy, OpenTable, and Beli. We are not affiliated with these services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or terms of service. Making a reservation through these platforms is subject to their respective terms.
6. No Guarantee of Availability
GetMeIn provides alerts about restaurant availability but does not guarantee that reservations will be available when you receive an alert or that you will be able to secure a reservation. Availability can change rapidly and reservations are subject to restaurant policies.
7. Subscription and Payments
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payment is processed through Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are provided at the time of purchase.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetMeIn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
